My overall goal is to lose about 5 lbs while making a better effort at nutrition. To this end, I will try to work out three times per week. I will stop drinking anything but water and tea while flying, with the possible exception of one orange or tomato juice per day. I will make a strong effort to eat at least 2 fruits and 2 green vegetables per day. While I realize that this is still way below the recommended fruit & veggie intake, it will be a huge improvement for me nowadays since most of my meals are either in an airport terminal or out of my cooler.
